There have been 3 different times this year at Heine Bros where they have played one of my favorite songs over the speakers in the shop.

The first was The Way You Make Me Feel by Michael Jackson. The second was Lava Lamp by Thundercat. The third is the one currently playing which is Hey Joe by Jimi Hendrix.

It just makes me happy when I can sit down and not have to pop in headphone to set the tone right. These new baristas got good taste in music. If I worked in here it would be lit as fuck. Depending on what shift I would be on would depict what album or station I would be on. The day of the week also is a benefactor as well.

A day like today would be good for some Lo-Fi tunes. Tomorrow (Wed.) is totally Thundercat, although I would play him in the evenings. Thursday is like a mixture of whatever and Friday I would have to settle with some Big K.R.I.T. My weekends would consist of a lot of Ab-Soul and Black Hippy shit with SiR’s November Album jumping in here and there.

I do have to keep in mind that whatever I play has to be edited… Unless I’m closing up haha. But that’s just an idea for a job that I don’t have. If I were to become a Barista at Heine Bros I would like to be the manager of the Aux Cord. 😁

Stick to it and just do it

I can never really stick with anything, kind of like this blog. I told myself that I would hop on here daily or at least monthly and make a post but it seems to have not happened. As of recent I spend my days on tumblr reblogging random shit that I find scrolling up on my timeline.

What a way to enjoy life eh?

So as an attempt to get away from the comforts of my room, I made a trip to Heine Brothers, the coffee shop where I just so happen to make cool ass memories at. The sun is setting and my coffee is scalding hot. Might I mention that it’s 82 outside? I was out skating earlier but my skate session was cut short due to some guy who works in one of the buildings at this business complex came out to practice his golf swing. The last time I was skating in that area I think I may have pissed him off by the popping off my loud board as I flipped my deck to land some gnarly shit. Anywho, in respect I left because I’m pretty sure he had a long day at work and just wanted to swing his golf club in silence.

Besides the shenanigans of my everyday life, I just dropped a new single on Soundcloud. You should check it out.

I’m signing off for now, my brain is drawing a blank.

Hot Coffee

No matter how much coffee I drink and how many words I write, I still don’t get a caffeine fix and the Editors at Android Headlines are going to tell me I suck at writing. I’ve come a long way from those days. I’m a better man with more ambition, so I hope. Today has been another one of those days where I’m just burning time, not accomplishing much but a word count and a lot of facebook shares. If you ask me, my life is practically boring, at least when my friends aren’t around.

Seems to me I kinda live off of them but I don’t know. My only concern right now is how in the hell am I going to get home after work. I don’t wanna ask Eric nor do I want to ask anyone else because I feel like I’ve bummed to many rides. There’s no point anymore. I might as well just walk home. I’ve had to walk home before, I think it rained that night and I didn’t have my license yet so I would ride my bike to work. That specific night my dad dropped me off because the rain wouldn’t let up earlier in the night for me to bike to work. I asked my buddy Danny if I could get a ride home and he agreed but in the middle of the night he ended up going home early. So guess what I had to do?

Walking home wasn’t fun but shit, If I have to walk home tonight then it’s whatever, I don’t like asking people for stuff, it makes me feel less sufficient.

I Read My Fathers Mind

I’m pretty sure my dad and I can read minds. While I was warming up some noodles and fixing myself a cup of coffee, I told myself, “My dad would be happy to know the trash is taken out.” I tried throwing away a dirty paper towel earlier and saw that the damn thing was over flowing, so I to tried and push the crap down. After noticing that it didn’t work, nor will it ever, I made the decision to just be the good kid in this household and talk out the trash.

In the process of pouring two packets of low calorie sweetener in my cup, my dad called. I didn’t notice that he called until I looked down at my pebble to check the time and saw there was a recent missed call. I called the old man back who asked readily if I took the trash out. With excitement and blurted out yes, managing to drop my spoon on top of the microwave. I then was asked about the air filter which I wasn’t even thinking about -I gotta change that tomorrow- but yeah, minder readers.

Coffee Shop Daysss number…?

Well here I am once again in my favorite shop Heine Bros. Got my cup of tea steeping and some sandwich I picked up from the freezer. It’s a mellow day… Yes a mellow day and if you were expecting me to talk dirt trash about the people I see in here you a WRONG!

Okay maybe I lied a little, but there’s this…. Hahaha nah I won’t even say it. But man I miss coming in here for my weekly cup of tea. Like I was telling my buddy Thomas that works at the register, I got sick about a month ago and just stayed in the hood for a few weeks. Then when I got better the break booster went out on my moms car so driving was a disaster.

Now that everything is back in place in trying to get back on my daily routines like going to my favorite coffee shop more often. The past two or three times I have been showing up I’ve seen some new faces. I usually get nervous when I see new people because I don’t know them but it just opens up a new opportunity to meet new people.

My tea and sandwich have arrived so I’m going to delve into the goods. Have a nice day word pressers or random internet trollers!

Okay so check it. I’m sitting by the window in Heine Bros and right outside there is a table with an old lady sitting there. I low-key feel like she’s reading what I’m typing right now, so if she is… Hello! haha

Anyways today is my moms birthday so Happy Birthday mom!

I don’t plan on staying long because I need to head home and attend to some other stuff that is important so here is a brief over view of whats going on. RIGHT in front of me is a tall white lady and a SUPEr tall Indian guy talking business. They’re not as interesting though as the pretty ladies sitting outside talking about who knows what.

But never mind that.

As usual,  I was scrolling through my facebook timeline and found this really cool video by Buzz Feed. I figured I share it on here with the rest of my followers so we can all have cool Coffee Recipes and what not!

I like to start my afternoons with a nice large cup of coffee and left over food from 2 nights ago. This process was created several months ago and it must continue. I work night shift at UPS so there is a need for me to fill system up with large amounts of caffeine to wake my self up. I’m addicted to coffee, its my second love in life. My first love is skateboarding, nothing ever goes above that. Unless I get married or something, than my wife has to share 1st place with my skateboard. (Laugh Out Loud) !

While I drink coffee I go on these mini trips. Its like the creativity juice in my brain starts churning and my mind goes wild. I usually like to sit down in coffee shops and do this but mostly it happens in my room in front of my computer or on my front porch. I think of all sorts of things such as new skateboard tricks, comic book ideas, more skateboard tricks, computer coding, post for my tech website and much more. The problem with this is trying to get the ideas out of my head and putting them on paper. Being a null creative person is difficult. I have to be the weirdest person to ever live. I sometimes wonder who I was in a past life hoping that I can piece together something. It never really works, I just come to another brick wall. When that happens I grab my skateboard and hit the streets.

My mind has opened up more to new things such as the world, deep space and meditation. I really want to explore these fields and get deep in it. I took a philosophy class this past semester and it completely blew my mind away. There are so many theories and knowledge and methods. I practically turned into a philosopher and started preaching these new ideas and thoughts to my friends and anyone else who seems interested. I’ve been dubbed Negrodamus among my friends. Others just call me smart. I’ll take whatever.

I see this self empowerment as a way for me to enlighten and gain more knowledge about this world and the people in it. I’ve been studying people more and have been paying attention to peoples motives and there “selfish” actions. Its all really a wonder to me.

With what I am calling my “New Found Knowledge” I plan to sit down in this sandbox of a world and begin to tear down and pull apart what society has created and create something new for our generations to live. The median that has been built defines to many stereotypes and political groups. I really just want to bring peace, but that goal is almost impossible to me and the rest of the world due to inner hatred we possess.

If we could rise above and out of the circle of hate and preach peace instead of war than we could live in a world that has less violence and more happiness. Whether or not that evil was created to make this world turn, we could at least have more positivity spread around than what we have now.

Life is simply just a sandbox.

We have come a long way from the “factory”. No longer do we have to wait for new clothes to come out or to buy a new coffee cup when the handle on our old one broke. We can now CREATE our own everyday items.

To most people this thought may be amusing but to people who wish to make there very own products right at home for the cost of a loaf a bread, its amazing!

Just think, inside that inside there are razor-thin layers of powdered material (acrylic, nylon, ABS, etc) pile one on top of the other, and then, BOOM! — you’ve got a shoe, or a coffee mug, or a shirt, or even an iPhone case.

The device I would like to introduce is the Flangiprop, an 8×9 machine that will do wonders for people who want to cut their time at the convenience store and save tons of money. The Flangiprop uses digital technology and common materials like ABS plastic, which is what LEGO is made out of, or you can use PLA, which is the plastic that’s made from corn. Other materials used are cotton and linen, for if you plan to make shirts and sweaters.

To get started with making something you insert the plastic or fabric in the machine and draw up a design on the multi-touch screen. There are already pre-made designs for you to use so all you will have to do is just make a few edits and renditions to it like adding your own logo and such. The machine also allows you to upload any drawings that you have made and the machine will render them so they can be of perfect shape and form so they can be created. Once your idea is drawn out on the screen all you have to do is press the print button and in 20 minutes tops you coffee mug, T-shirt or spoon is now created.

The greatest thing about the Flangiprop is that you don’t need no huge factory, or is it a huge machine that takes up ton of space. All you need is about $3,000 and a garage to store the machine and your materials in. Its really that simple and the cheapest thing on the market.
